Free Scientific Computing Training Series begins February 7, 2023

Beginning February 7, 2023, Cornell’s Center for Advanced Computing and Weill Cornell Medicine Scientific Computing, ITS, and Clinical and Translational Science Center are launching the Winter and Spring Scientific Computing Training Series. The Zoom-based training is available for free to all workforce members and students of Cornell, WCM, WCM-Q, and Cornell Tech.

New Zoom “Persistent” Whiteboard Feature Available for Spring Semester

Starting Sunday, January 15, 2023, Cornell Zoom sessions will offer a new way for hosts and participants to collaborate. The new Zoom Whiteboard will offer an improved space for sharing ideas and content during class sessions, meetings, webinars, and training. This new Zoom Whiteboard "persists"—that is, it will be available beyond the end of a meeting or webinar and can be added to, shared, and saved by hosts and participants until it has been inactive for at least 120 days.
