What's New and What's Next
Some new students and others who have recently activated their NetID may not be receiving email at their Cornell address. Please call the IT Service Desk (255-5500) if this is happening to you.

Delegate access to Exchange Group Accounts and room/equipment accounts has stopped working with ActiveSync (iPhone, Android, etc.), IMAP, and Apple Mail. The workaround is to use Outlook Web App (http://outlook.cornell.edu).
