From within your Microsoft Office application, you can access several different kinds of help and training. These items appear in the Getting Started tab in your ribbon menu.

Interactive Guide (in Find a Command section)
Opens an Interactive Word 2003 to Word 2007 command reference guide in your browser. Shows Office 2003 interface. Move mouse over an icon or menu item to see tooltip explaining where that command lives in Office 2007. Or click an icon or select a menu item to see that option in Office 2007.
Up to Speed (in Get Online Training section)
Online audio plus visual link, describing basic commands and shortcuts.
Word 2007 Overview (in Watch Video Demos section)
Online video overview, presented in general terms and concepts, not skills or step-by-step instructions.
Get up to Speed with Word 2007 (in Watch Video Demos section)
Online video guided tour, with some skill examples. Requires the Silverlight video plugin for your browser. If you don't have Silverlight installed, you'll be stepped through the installation process.
Discuss Word 2007 (in the Ask the Community section)
Online discussion groups. Browse and search existing discussions or ask a new question.
