Making the Turnitin Tool Available

Before you can view and grade Turnitin assignments, you need to make the Turnitin tools available in your course Control Panel. Many Blackboard courses already show the tool, but some do not.

To make the Turnitin tool available in the Control Panel:

  1. In the Control Panel, select Customization and then Tool Availability
    ToolAvailability
  2. Scroll down the list of tools to Turnitin
  3. Make sure that there is a checkmark by all three tools: Turnitin Assignment, Turnitin Assignment List, and Turnitin Assignments by Groups

  4. Click Submit
