HelpDesk staff (helpdesk@cornell.edu or 255-8990) can answer questions and help you with general problems you are experiencing with your NetID. They will work with records offices to resolve questions of eligibility when they arise. 

If you receive errors when you attempt to log in to a service or application using your NetID, check with the service owner first if possible. If you suspect a far-reaching problem which is impacting all services accessed with the NetID notify the Network Operations (noc@cornell.edu or 255-9900). 

If you have reason to believe your password has been stolen contact security@cornell.edu right away.
