These videos show how to manage groups and legacy permits using the Quest ARS (Active Role Server) web-based interface. Quest ARS works in Internet Explorer only. If you are using Quest ARS from off-campus, you will need to be logged in through the VPN (Virtual Private Network) service.
Using Internet Explorer, log in to Quest ARS at
For User Name, use your NetID, followed by
@cornell.edu
as shown here. For Password, use your NetID password.
