This mailbox is actively monitored during business hours by at least one member of our team and we are best able to respond in a timely manner via this method. Mail sent directly to one team member can be missed, and may result in a delayed response.
If a matter is urgent (e.g., password updates for EZ-Backup Departmental Technical Contacts), please contact the CIT HelpDesk at 255-8990. During non-business hours (outside the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) you may contact the Network Operations Center at 255-9900 and ask them to page the EZ-Backup Team member on call.
