The procedure for displaying the full email headers varies in different email programs. For:

Display Full Email Headers: Outlook Web Access (OWA)
You can view message headers in Internet Explorer, but not in Firefox.
- In Internet Explorer, with a message open in OWA, click the Message Details icon.
You won't see this icon if the message is just displayed in the Preview panel, you have to click the message to open it in a window.
The header details are displayed. You can copy them, if necessary.
Display Full Email Headers: Entourage
- Open the message for which you want to view full headers.
- At the top of the screen in the Entourage menus, click View.
- Click Internet Headers.
The full headers are displayed above the message.
