Use this procedure to change the printer settings to print single-sided and/or in color in Microsoft Office or Adobe applications.
You can save the configuration settings to use again in the future. You may want to save a configuration for each combination of settings you use frequently. For example, you may save a "Single-sided" configuration, a "Color" configuration, and a "Single-sided and Color" configuration.
Note: This procedure is for Windows applications. If you're using a Macintosh OSX application, see the Macintosh procedure, How to Change Printer Settings: Konica Minolta.
Note: Depending on your operating system version and the particular printer you're using, it's possible you won't see the exact options described below. If you need help changing settings, please contact CIT Technical Support by sending email to email@example.com or calling 254-1312.
Note: When you want to use this setting configuration in the future, in the Print dialog box, click . From the Easy Set list, select the configuration name you entered. You can save multiple presets, if you'd like separate configurations for single-sided and for color printing.
